MemoryInfo App Reviews

Works Great

The new update clears the RAM on the 5s. Works as advertised. Many thanks to the developer for continuously updating the app.

Memory Info

Excellent!

Essential App!

I dont review apps often, but I have used this app on a daily basis for the past few years. It clears out the RAM and shows your full process list and battery level (which you cant ordinarily see on an iPod Touch). I absolutely love it and would recommend it to everyone!

In love but needs an update

I love this app. I use it pretty much everyday. My phone runs so much better with it. But it is in need of an update for the newest iOS. But its still perfect

It works. Well.

Since Apple cant seem to figure out how to manage memory leaks (??!!) I have tried MANY memory clean-up apps over the years. Some sorta work, many are crap. I tried MemoryInfo and benchmarked against my iPhone 6+ current memory-management app, SysActivity. Typically when I open SysActivity it will show maybe 100MB free and around 100-110 processes running. If I command SysActivity to close orphan apps, it will close approx 10-12 apps per cycle. If I use MemoryInfo instead (and verify running app status with SysActivity), MemoryInfo will close approx 40-45 orphan apps in a single cycle. Now, it does take 30-45 seconds for that cycle to complete, but for me that beats having to continue to repetitively keep tapping the SysActivity app 4-5 times to get the same results. All in all, I am very pleased with MemoryInfo. UPDATE: been using this app maybe 4 months now. Still amazingly effective at banging through memory leaks and clearing them out. As I stated above, I have tried MANY different memory-cleaner apps. Most require many complex steps, "do this, turn and face the east and do THIS, now click your heals together and say..." This app works just by OPENING it. Very cool.

Doesnt work on iPhone 6s+

It doesnt show how much memory the new iPhone 6s+ has. Also, it no longer frees up memory. Useless. Not surprising since it hasnt been updated for since 2013.

Useless with iPhone5s and 6sPlus

App was a valuable tool to help free up unused RAM caches, but after my iOS upgrade to 9.1 today on my iPhone 6sPlus/128GB, none of the numbers are tallied correctly. It’s having great difficulty identifying and freeing unused portions of the new, bigger 2GB of Ram in the new phones. I hope it can be updated as until today, I’ve found this app to be a very valuable tool.

Doesnt show processes on iphone5 using IOS9

Doesnt seem to work on IOS9 Iphone5: there is no list of processes and the memory graph has a spinner that never stops.
